1. ORGANISER
IVÁN HERMES ALONSO GARCÍA, of legal age, ID number 50731626C, acting as a self-employed individual under the trade name
LA PARTE DEL COLIBRÍ, with registered office at Carrer dels Socors, 21, 1-3, 08028 Barcelona (Spain) and email address lapartedelcolibri@gmail.com.
The organiser acts on its own behalf and under its own responsibility, in accordance with Law 13/2011, Royal Decree 958/2020, and the applicable regulations on
gaming and promotions.

2. PURPOSE OF THE DRAW

The purpose of the draw is to finance and promote cultural projects, artist residencies and creative activities promoted by La Parte del

Colibrí, as well as to encourage contemporary creation and exchange between international artists.
It is expressly stated that the draw is for profit, with part of the proceeds going towards the development and maintenance of the Art House
Colibrí cultural project.

3. TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE
International draw, open to people from any country.
Promotion valid from 15 January 2026 to 15 May 2026 inclusive.
Draw held before a notary on 15 February 2026, with minutes taken.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Entry by purchasing tickets for £3.
Each ticket gives one chance to win.

There is no limit on the number of entries per person.
Entries must be made under a name (alias, stage name or legal name).
Transactions will be digitally recorded on official channels.

5. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
The following may participate:
Persons over the age of 18.
Of any nationality or place of residence.
The following may not participate:
Employees, collaborators or immediate family members of the organiser.

6. PRIZE
The prize consists of a six (6) month comprehensive artist residency, with accommodation and meals included, to be enjoyed between 1 March and 1
September 2026, at Art House Colibrí, Sierra de Guadarrama (Madrid).
It includes:
Studio and creative spaces.

Artistic work materials.
Creative and professional support.
Participation in the final exhibition or event.
Estimated value of the prize: €7,000.
The organiser will pay the mandatory income tax, so the winner will not have any tax liability.

7. HOLDING OF THE DRAW
The draw will be held before a notary, who will verify:
Complete list of participants.
Integrity and safekeeping of entries.
Placement of all entries in the ballot box.
Random selection and announcement of the winner.
Drafting of the notarial deed.
In the event of resignation or inability to locate the winner, a new draw will be held.

8. NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
Notification by email and/or telephone provided.
Public announcement using alias or stage name.
The winner will have 15 calendar days to accept the prize.

9. USE OF FUNDS RAISED

The funds will be used for:
Logistical and tax costs.
Maintenance and development of the Art House Colibrí project.
Remuneration of the project director.
New cultural activities and residencies.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES
Participation implies full acceptance of the rules and the organiser’s decisions.

11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, for the purposes of managing the draw, communicating the winner and legal compliance.

1.1. Description of the cultural project
Art House Colibrí is an independent contemporary creation project that offers artistic residencies, spaces for research, production and
creative experimentation in a natural environment located in the Sierra de Guadarrama (Madrid).
Its mission is to promote creativity, international exchange between artists and the development of long-term creative processes, providing
accommodation, creative studios, meals and professional support.

1.2. Purpose of the raffle
The purpose of the raffle is to finance and support:
The artist residency programme (2026).
Cultural and educational activities open to the public.
The maintenance, improvement and infrastructure of Art House Colibrí.
The hiring of the project director and support staff.
The raffle is for profit, with the proceeds going exclusively to the cultural development described above.

1.3. Description of the raffle
International raffle.
Entries cost €3.
Unlimited number of entries per person.
Held before a notary on 21/02/2026.
Cultural prizes (non-monetary).
The raffle will be conducted in accordance with the principles of transparency, traceability and notarial control.

2. JUSTIFICATION OF CULTURAL PURPOSE
The project falls within the scope of cultural activities covered by Law 13/2011, as it finances:
Contemporary artistic creation and production.
Cultural research spaces.
A six-month residency for an international artist.
Cultural activities open to the local and international community.
Equipment and maintenance of creative facilities.
All funds raised are used to promote culture, artistic creation and research, thus fulfilling the requirement of cultural purpose.

7. COMMITMENT TO REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

At the end of the draw, La Parte del Colibrí will issue and make available to LAE and the notary:

2. Notarial certificate of the result of the draw
— Minutes and verifications.
3. Proof of payment of income tax corresponding to the prize.
4. Cultural implementation report
— Activities carried out.
— Use of funds.
— Final report on the residency and related actions.
All documentation will be kept on file and available for inspection during the established legal period.
